    Hi,

For those reading on an email client,  screenshots are attached of the National AI Strategy Radar dashboards (which were corrupted in the email generated by my post yesterday to our rd-alliance.org AIDV forum via the web, apologies!)

And, as a bonus (to make up for the image blobs yesterday) here’s a link to the April 10 release of the  Artifical Intelligence and Democratic Values Report . The report metrics have been updated in this edition to take into consideration the implementation of the 2021 UNESCO Recommendation on AI Ethics as well as the 2022 Global Privacy Assembly Resolution on Facial RecognitionThe index now covers 75 countries. Maps, based on the country evaluations for individual metrics,  are available here

Also of interest to many here will be the Future of Life AI Value Alignment Research Landscape graph viz that  lays out technical research threads in AI that can help us to create beneficial AI, and illustrates how these many topics tie together, you can visit at the link below:

    https://futureoflife.org/valuealignmentmap/

    Sincerely,

    Natalie

ps yesterday’s screenshots from: The FLI National AI Strategy Radar Dashboards are attached .

    Hi All,
Apologies, I was on a much needed vacation.
I am available Nov 11 and happy to serve on the panel but I’m also cc’ing
my co-chair Rob Hooft in the
Netherlands to double check in case he is available and could likewise
    serve.
We had several very involved WG members on omics who could also serve on
such a panel (especially Zoe Cournia , Center
for Translational Research Biomedical Research Foundation Academy of Athens
    & Christian Busse ,
German Cancer Research Center) if you need to spread out national
    representation on the panel.
No worries, one of us from Omics will be happy to do so. For the
meantime, feel free to pencil me in and I’ll do likewise.
    Thanks,
    Natalie
