    Dear all,
I am looking forward to meeting you soon face-to-face or hybrid for the
break-out meeting of our Working Group to discuss the latest progress,
ideas and questions concerning data citation.
If you have any specific questions that you would like to discuss, share
some (plans for) adopting/implementing the recommendations, or if you
have some setting or aspects that make you think it might be difficult
to implement the recommendations, please let me know. We can then plan
some dedicated agenda slot, discussion item or presentation during the
    break-out meeting.
The meeting will take place on *Thu., June 23, at 11:30 Seoul time
(02:30-04:00 UTC)* in room *BAEKJE#1 (4F)*, Dragon City Venue Complex as
well as hybrid in the on-line meeting room.
For those of you who are new to this working group and its
recommendations or want to re-visit them I#d recommend to take a look at
    the following documents:
    * The WGDC *Recommendations* in the short form of a *2-page flyer* are
    available at:
    https://rd-alliance.org/system/files/documents/RDA-DC-Recommendations_15
    (http://dx.doi.org/10.15497/RDA00016)
    * An *extended Description of Recommendations* is available at:
*Bulletin of the IEEE Technical Committee on Digital Libraries*, 12:1,
    2016. (https://zenodo.org/record/4048304)
    * A *comprehensive review of the recommendations*, the wide range of
*reference implementations *as well as a *survey of all adoptions
reported over the years* has recently been published in the *Harvard
Data Science Review*: Rauber, A., Gößwein, B., Zwölf, C. M., Schubert,
    C., Wörister, F., Duncan, J., … Parsons, M. A. (2021). Precisely and
Persistently Identifying and Citing Arbitrary Subsets of Dynamic Data.
Harvard Data Science Review, 3(4). https://doi.org/10.1162/99608f92.be565013
If you are interested in a specific use case, there are a number of
webinar recordings on the different adoptions, which are avilable,
together with the slide decks, at
    https://www.rd-alliance.org/group/data-citation-wg/webconference/webconf
Again: if you want to present anything during our break-out session,
discuss specific questions, have news or updates on your adoptions,
implementations, if you ran into troubles with some aspects, …
anything thelike, please let me know!
I am looking forward to seeing many of you in Seoul or on-line and
    having some exciting discussions!
    best regards,
    Andi
