    No objection here either.
If need be we could propose for the Regional Assembly to allow
for guest participation (in part) to fulfill the role that was proposed for
    the regional forum.
As it stands at the moment the phrasing
“The Regional Assembly will organise and host the Regional Forum to
provide an opportunity for regions to gather and share information.”
needs to be brought inline should the proposed removal of the Forum take
effect. (I commented on the GoogleDoc accordingly). Cheers, Raphael

    Hello again,
as a follow-up to todays meeting here an example for a financial
    contribution
scheme that’s in place at the International Neuroinformatics Coordinating
Facility (disclaimer: I’ve been working for this organization prior to
    joining Max Planck).
It is based on GERD but defines an explicit mapping of GERD ranges to
    contribution amounts.
Just so we know some more options …

While I’m certainly missing background here I’d like to state nevertheless
that we do not need endorsement to start working.
As long as we can be reasonably sure that the group has a fair chance
to be endorsed – which I think it does – there is no real risk.
    Just my two cents,

    Thanks Tom.
    And to stress the obvious:
This now makes it possible to refer to individual definitions
via unique URLs and – if we want that – assign handles/PIDs
    to those definitions.
Also, as the naming ‘export’ suggests, this is a static HTML
representation of the current content of the tool. There is
no coupling meaning content can further evolve on the
    tool without this export changing.
On the other hand it is of course possible to create further
snapshots like this later on thereby making “vocabulary
releases” as we envisioned early on.
With respect to the efforts to cast TeD-T’s content into SKOS
this is to be seen complementary. The difficulty I’m still seeing
when trying to export TeD-T’s content as SKOS is that in
    TeD-T we’ve adopted a “term-centric” approach whereas
SKOS requires a concept centered view. It is still not clear to
me how we should deal with cases where we have multiple
definitions which typically hints at the fact that such a term
is used to refer to different concepts but then that’s not necessarily
always the case. So for this I’m afraid we need to invest more
thinking and clarification in order to proceed.
Happy to present and discuss this in Nottingham.
    Cheers,
    Raphael

And here the slides I intend to use for the update on our Term-Definition Tool (TeD-T).
