Dear colleagues,
I’m supporting Prof. Marten van Sinderen (U.Twente) to organize this workshop in I-ESA, a relevant conference in interoperability research.
Submissions from the group are welcome.
Apologies for cross-posting.
Best regards,
João

============================================================================
In conjunction with I-ESA 2020 (https://iesa2020.enit.fr/
)
23-27 March 2020, Tarbes, FranceThis I-ESA workshop has as objective to address interoperability challenges of digital ecosystems, specifically:
– how federated approaches to interoperability can provide practical trade-offs between autonomy, control over data, flexibility, performance, and sharing of data;
– how artificial intelligence (e.g., machine learning and knowledge graphs) can make interoperability ‘smarter’, in the sense of automating decision-making towards achieving interoperability and reducing human effort and intervention.The workshop solicits relatively short papers (4-6 pages), e.g., accommodating work-in-progress or position papers, with relevance to industry/practice. The workshop has a post-event proceedings published in a Wiley-ISTE book. The workshop will take place in Tarbes (France), within the I-ESA dates March 23-27, 2020 (exact date to be announced).
Topics of interest to the workshop include but are not limited to:
– Enterprise interoperability
– Digital ecosystems and systems-of-systems
– Networked enterprise information systems
– Industrial Data Space (IDS)
– Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable (FAIR) principles
– Industry 4.0 / Smart Industry
– Sustainable interoperability
– Model-driven interoperability
