I hope this email finds you well.
I would like to follow up on the email sent by Mingfang regarding the
merging of the two sessions for the next RDA P21.
We need to send the revised session by *July 27th EOD.*
Would you have some time for a meeting this week either tomorrow or Friday?
I am available both days from 10:00 until 17:30 except for Thursday between
14:30 and 15:30.
Fyi, I will be out of office with no internet connection starting Friday
evening until August 21st.
I think Alexandra is also on holiday with limited connectivity.
@Juliane and John: if we cannot make it this week could you please take
over and meet with Najla to settle this issue?
