    Gerhard,
I’ve got another group that requested a move and I can swap your sessions.
I can put the BOF on Data representation in materials and chemicals based on harmonised domain ontologies into Breakout 3 while still avoiding conflicts.
I’ll go ahead and let the other group know about the swap and update the programme schedule.
    Thanks,
    Meghan

Subject: RDA plenary: clash between VSSIG session and BoF on materials and chemicals domain ontologies
    Dear Colleauges,
I am the organiser of the BOF on Data representation in materials and chemicals based on harmonised domain ontologies https://www.rd-alliance.org/data-representation-materials-and-chemicals-
I notice that the VSSIG session on a related topic (semantic interoperability) https://www.rd-alliance.org/plenaries/rda-20th-plenary-meeting-gothenbur… is scheduled at the same time (Breakout 1) and we also requested to avoid a clash with the Chemistry IG session, scheduled in Breakout 7
I appreciate the many constraints on scheduling. Still, if there was a chance of avoiding this clash it would be great.
    Kind regards
    Gerhard
