Hi all,
As discussed during today’s the meeting, I would like us to have a
specific timeslot for regular meetings. My suggestion is that meeting
every two weeks should provide us the right tempo without being overly
burdensome.
People seemed quite happy with this idea during the meeting. So, to
kick off the process, I’ve put together a doodle poll that lists
possible slots:

Although the dates are correct for a meeting in two weeks, please
complete the poll with your *general* availability. Please don’t put in
your availability for the specific dates in the poll.
