Dear Chairs of the Science communication for research data,
Your RDA VP22 session application titled Science Communication for Research Data – State of practice and future directions has been conditionally approved, subject to you incorporating the following changes requested by the Technical Advisory Board (TAB):
The agenda is only minimally defined. The TAB suggests adding speaker information and timing to assure attendees have the sufficient information while determining to attend the session. The TAB also suggest the co-chairs attend the BoF entitled “NTRO Gaggle – Boosting non-text support through experiential and collaborative effort”.
A revised version of your application should highlight the suggested modifications directly in the original session submission webpage. Please email ***@***.***-foundation.org about the completion by close of business Friday, 22 March.
Key dates to keep in mind:
* Breakout sessions draft programme will be published here on Friday, 15 March
* Requests for changes to the programme breakout times must be sent to ***@***.***-foundation.org by Friday, 29 March
* VP22 programme will be deemed final by Monday, 1 April
Your revised application will be reviewed within one week of receipt and the final decision will be communicated to the group.
