Subject: Invitation to the Science communication for research data IG to present at the Sensitive Data IG P20 session
Dear Timea,
I hope all is well for you.
I am writing on behalf of the RDA Sensitive Data IG [https://www.rd-alliance.org/groups/sensitive-data-interest-group].
Our IG will be giving a hybrid session at RDA P20 in March this year [https://www.rd-alliance.org/plenaries/rda-20th-plenary-meeting-gothenbur….
As part of our session, we would like to invite co-chairs from other IGs with whom we might have overlapping interests. Therefore, I am writing to see if you might be interested in presenting as part of our session. We envisage that presentations will be quite short (5 min) and comment on the following prompts:
1. The level of sensitive data literacy in your community, and common misconceptions.
2. Sensitive data sharing practices in your community and barriers and enablers for sharing.
3. Risks and mitigation strategies for working with sensitive data in your community.
If you could advise by Monday 30 January whether you are able to accept this offer we would be very grateful.
