Thank you for your RDA P21 session application.
The Technical Advisory Board has assessed all the proposals and, on this occasion, your P21 session application titled Article/data linking is not the whole story: Launching a new Scholix schema for software to meet community practice has not been approved.
The session selection process was very competitive and, due to the limited capacity for sessions at P21, we could not accept sessions from maintenance groups, giving priority to active groups as per the Technical Advisory Board (TAB) guidelines.
If you have any questions, please contact ***@***.***-foundation.org, or the TAB co-chairs, Isabelle Perseil and Rob Quick, in copy.
We do hope that you will participate in P21 as part of IDW 2023 either in person or online, and on behalf of TAB and Secretariat, thank you for your ongoing engagement with the RDA.

Dear Uwe
The Secretariat and TAB appreciate your disappointment in not being able to organise your session at the IDW2023 – 21st Plenary meeting. The number of session applications was very high with respect to the session slots available. The RDA is underwriting a significant financial commitment to support the hybridisation of all RDA breakout sessions, committing to our policy to offer in-person and on-line participation for all RDA plenary meetings since 2022.
Unfortunately we are not in a position to offer more sessions at IDW2023. We encourage all RDA community members who intend to participate in person to strongly consider submitting an application for the Call for Posters.
