help delivering a related programme of activity.
We are looking for dynamic and innovative individuals who will apply
their knowledge of research practice and understanding of ongoing
developments in the research policy landscape across all research
disciplines to develop and co-ordinate a series of collaborative
initiatives, engaging with all units within Divisions, Departments and
Professional Services at Oxford involved in support for core areas of
research practice.

*1. Research Practice Manager, ***University of Oxford* – **Grade 8:
£42,149-£50,296 per annum*
You will work in the Research Strategy and Policy Unit, a recently
formed team within Research Services. You will shape and manage the work
of the new small team which will be dedicated to integrating and
developing guidance, support and training in core areas of research
practice, including: research integrity and ethics, open research, open
access, research data management, FAIR data, reproducible and
transparent research, responsible research and innovation, and research
impact.

*2. Research Practice Coordinator, ***University of Oxford* – Grade
7:£33,309 – £40,927per annum *
You will work in the Research Strategy and Policy Unit, and report to
the Research Practice Manager. The focus of this role will be to
support and coordinate the work of the Reproducible Research Oxford
(RROx) network. The post will also be responsible for the development
and coordination of collaborative initiatives integrating and developing
guidance, support and training in core areas of research practice. Core
areas of research practice will include: research integrity and ethics,
open research, open access, research data management, FAIR data,
reproducible and transparent research, responsible research and
innovation, and research impact.
