    Well I have it down as 13:00 CEST, which is 12:00 BST, which is 11:UTC.
    That is in a bit less than 1 hour (I think).

    As our Secretary-General has expressed a clear view on how we
    express the time & date of RDA events in future (see

    I thought I should confirm, for myself if not anyone else, that we
    are expecting today’s meeting to take place at 1200-1400 UTC.
    Is that correct?
