Dear all,
not sure if this is the correct group or format – but hope you can help us in this Covid-19/Corona crisis
The Norwegian Directorate of eHealth is currently putting together an overview over Government actions and responses to COVID-19 in other countries. The purpose is to learn from what others are doing to fight the pandemic. We are interested in information about what technological solutions (ehealth solutions), digital regulations and initiatives have recently been launched, or are currently ongoing, on a Governmental level that you know of. Primarily are we interested in efforts for primary use of data (e.i not for research).
The Norwegian Government has allocated funding to several digitalization initiatives. One is a mobile app for contact tracing to identify and notify people who have had close contact with infected patients. A digital solution for people to report their own symptoms has also been implemented and is being further developed. Remote medical consultations and follow-up of patients at home using video communication are being supported as well.
It is valuable to us if you could send us any information (by e-mail to: henrik.naess@ehelse.no) that you have about Government actions, and we could exchange experiences on eHealth initiatives in order to learn how other countries and Governments are responding to the pandemic.
Thank you,
Henrik Næss
