Greetings from the chairs of the IGAD. This is to update you with the latest news. We have just submitted to RDA our request for two sessions. One an individual session of the IGAD and other a joint session with the Wheat Data Interoperability group.
The next meeting will take place in Paris during the RDA 6th Plenary (P6) Meeting, and will present a chance to enlarge the group and focus on current issues and challenges of research data management in agriculture. For that, and as suggested by those that shared the discussions we had around the IGAD at RDA 5th, we are organizing a pre-meeting on Sept 21 and 22, 2015,  to show case, discuss and foresee possible linkages with other IG and WG in RDA.  The concept note is attached here.
