IMPORTANT: Regarding invitation letters for VISA to attend IGAD Pre-meeting and RDA P7

    Dear All
     
    As we prepare to welcome you at RDA P7, please note that there are VISA requirements to enter Japan. Please check particular details for your passports and nationalities.
    Requests for Invitations
    Please send visa invitation requests to the local organizers: “please send the complete details including Name, Surname, Organisation, Country, Passport Number and Expiry Date together by email to plenary7-visa@rd-alliance.org.  after registration fee is paid.
     
    Note:  send this information:  Name, Surname, Organisation, Country, Passport Number and Expiry Date
    Please specifically request  the dates to be inclusive for IGAD premeeting and RDA as 28 Feb-3rd March 2016
