Dear Chairs of the Health Data Interest Group,
The review of your session application for the RDA Plenary 19 (P19) is complete and your application titled The usage of digital twins in healthcare for personalised care has been accepted. Please consider this your official notification of acceptance. Congratulations!
We have some feedback and requests for you to take into consideration while preparing your session: The focus of the meeting is clear but it would be beneficial to potential participants if the agenda were completed with names of presenters and time allocated for both presentations and interaction/discussion.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding these suggestions, please contact us at ***@***.***-foundation.org and/or your TAB liaison, Isabelle Perseil (copied in this email).
At this time, the Secretariat is scheduling all approved sessions and the draft programme will be published on Thursday, 14th April 2022. Any requests for changes should be made by Thursday, 21st April and the final detailed programme with your session time and link to your session page will be published by Monday, 25th April 2022 on the RDA website.
Zoom will be the meeting tool used for your session and further information and access details will be provided in due course.
Going forward, please begin planning for your session. As a reminder, there will be some individuals who attend your session who are unfamiliar with your group’s work. We encourage you to keep your session page updated with information about your group, your session and opportunities attendees will have to engage with you and others during the session.
Registration for P19 is now live, please see here for details together with an outline of the registration fees. Registered participants for virtual or onsite parts of the conference will have access to programme components, including recordings of all meetings.
Please kindly note that all participants including invited speakers are requested to pay the registration fee. As this RDA Plenary meeting is within the framework of IDW2022, local hosts are managing the fees and no waivers are foreseen.
Should you wish to submit a poster for P19 please remember the deadline for submission is Friday 15th April 2022, 23:59 UTC. For further details please proceed here.
We look forward to your participation at P19, and on behalf of the RDA TAB and Secretariat, thank you for your ongoing engagement with the RDA.
    All the best,
    RDA Secretariat
