FDO Summit Registration now open, CvA Extension to 13.1.24, Prizes for Lightning Talks
Dear RDA FDO IG Colleagues,
We would like to inform you about news related to the FDO Summit on March 20/21 2024 in Berlin.
1. The registration is now open. Please register asap since the number of physical participants is limited to 100. Online participation is without limitation. The registration follows in three steps: 1) You register via the FDO Web-Site and we check availability of free slots for presence participation. 2) We will send you as soon as possible an email with a PayPal account so that you can pay the fee. 3) After payment we will send you the final acceptance note.
2. Several colleagues asked us to extend the deadline for abstract submission due to the work load before Xmas. We extended the deadline for abstract submissions until 13.1.24. Please, submit abstracts describing your FDO work and plans. We will inform about acceptance asap after 15.1.24. For anyone interested, the accepted presentations can be turned into reviewed publications after the conference.
3. Lightning talks can be given by remote participation. For the best 3 lightning talks there will be prizes. Detail information will be presented at the conference website.
