    Dear all,
    I am glad to inform you that the draft fagenda of the IGAD/RDA Pre-meeting is now available at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rQC6RLNeD0t-evfBlwvmcPto6MqcS3z9d6zcYazr2Ns/edit?ts=59a68399 The meeting will take place the 17 and 18 September in Montreal, previous to the RDA P10. Details about the venue are in the document, but we will provide some more information in the next days.
