The objective of this meeting is to give updates on the IG’s established work, expand the horizon’s of the members through a targeted talk and welcome new members. This will be the second plenary session of the group as a formally established RDA Interest Group. In the first plenary we agreed on a common framework of activities, and began work on three focused projects. Prior to Plenary 16, the group met as a BoF at both Plenaries 14 and 15 to explore the scope of work for the nascent IG.
During the P17 meeting, we will have an initial short presentation on the work done so far by the group, invite a diverse set of speakers to share their experiences on engagement activities, and  have a report out from the following taskforce groups’ work since P16.
