I am pleased to inform you that the changes proposed have been accepted by
RDA Council and the group has been endorsed. Therefore, the
following things will happen on Monday 2 August
1. *group name* will be changed by Meghan (in cc) – current name GORC
International Benchmarking WG will become GORC International Model WG
2. consequently the *url *will change and a redirect to the current one
will be implemented by Meghan
3. the *mailing list* will be changed from ***@***.***-groups.org
to ***@***.***-groups.org – please note that this will mean that the
previous one will no longer work and an automatic delivery failure message
WILL NOT be sent by the server (this is out of our control).
4. the *status *of the group will change from “In Council Review” to
“Endorsed and recognised” – Stefanie (in cc) will do that
5. the latest *case statement* – should be updated with these new details
and once the document is ready flag or send to Stefanie as she will make
the appropriate changes to the web pages following our internal processes.
6. the *group web page content* – you as co-chairs should update all the
relevant web pages with the new details. NOT THE CASE STATEMENT PLEASE
We will highlight these changes and the group activity to the community via
a news piece during August and in the August newsletter (in cc Comms team).

Dear Andrew
Many thanks for the updates and for the revised case statement for
processing.
I understand that Stefanie will be back next week so it will be updated
then.
I have had a look at the editing issues and, perhaps as a result of
different access rights, I do not see the issues that you encountered. That
being said, I defer to Meghan to see if she can wave her magic web
site wand.
