    Hi all,
    Today was a great example of what I love about the RDA community – Many perspectives really do make for a better conversation (in my humble opinion)! I am grateful to you all for your engagement today, and I am really looking forward to getting deeper into discussions in the breakouts we have scheduled for tomorrow!
    Agenda updates – On that note, please see an attached proposed agenda for discussions on Thursday. As we discussed at the end of the day today, I’ve extended the report-out times to allow more room for synthesis and full-group discussions. Rather than splitting the second Breakout group into smaller chunks before and after lunch, I’ve left the lunch timing up to the groups. This gives a bit more time to the second Breakout discussions, which in turn will hopefully allow them to come to a full close with concrete outcomes. If you see a better path forward, bring it with you to our morning conversation and we can adjust as needed.
    Breakout Sessions – For our remote colleagues, the sessions will be Breakout 1) 9:30-11am ET on Group Lifecycles including group closing, maintenance, etc., and Breakout 2) 11:45-2:00 ET (including lunch break) with a choice of looking at Vision or internal communications. For Breakout 3 at 3:15-4:45pm ET, we will have a short check-in after Breakout 2 to see where we can add the most impact with the time. Options include: continuing an earlier thread that didn’t quite come to a close, picking up our next-highest-voted topic (RDA structure and management/scalability), or another emerging priority – again with an eye towards a concrete outcome.     Remote Participation – I’m hoping Zoom might be back up and running tomorrow, I think it might be a better channel for breakout conversations. Please bear with the technical difficulties, we will make the call in the morning.
    Transportation – For those traveling from the Hilton (and for any available drivers), please meet at 8:15 in the lobby tomorrow morning.
