    All–
I’m pleased to report that our session at the April plenary in
Barcelona has been accepted, and we have been scheduled for a 90
    minute session on Friday 7th April, Breakout 7, 09:00 – 10:30.
The overall preliminary programme is online at:
    https://www.rd-alliance.org/plenaries/rda-ninth-plenary-meeting-barcelon
We should try to update the session description and agenda in the near
future. The current version is at:
    https://www.rd-alliance.org/ig-rdacodata-legal-interoperability-rda-9th-
Please let me know if you would be willing to present in one of the
listed topics or have a suggestion for changing the topics.
To discuss this in more detail, we would like to proceed with the full
IG telecon on Monday, February 20 at 9:30 am EST. We’re sorry that
there’s not an ideal time for everyone, but hope that most of you can
make at least part of the call.
We will need to talk about the endorsement process for the Principles
and Guidelines, the Barcelona agenda and participation, potential test
cases, and outreach/training opportunities. We’ll send the dial-in
information and a more detailed agenda out next week.
Let us know if you have any questions. Cheers, Bob

    Dear all,
I had a recent chat with Mark Thorley, about his possible participation in a future Group call to discuss the Belmont Forum’s interest in legal issues interoperability and whether there are opportunities for collaboration and for the work of this group to inform that of the Belmont Forum.
If we will have time on the agenda on 20 Feb, I can invite him to participate. Please let me know. (However, my travel schedule means that I may not be able to join that call on time).
    Best wishes,
    Simon.

    Thanks, Bob.
I don’t know if Mark will be in Barcelona. I can ask.
    Thanks, Bob.

    > The 20th is a possibility, but it might make sense to schedule this a bit later, say in March.
If we need the time to get through planning etc, that may make sense. Would the next call be 6 March? Shall I ask Mark about that date? (BTW, I won’t be available on 6 March either – Monday is generally worse for me than Friday’s I think…)
    S.

    Hi Bob, all;
Mark has pressed me on this. We would be joined by Mark, Bob Samors and Carrie Seltzer. Unless you strongly disagree, I propose to ask Mark and co. to participate on a following call, e.g. 6 March.
    Best wishes,
    Simon.

Thanks for this, Bob. I have written to Mark, Bob and Carrie about 13 and 20 Feb.
Pending hearing from them, I’d be grateful for feedback from the group, particularly the chairs, on those dates. I’ll send round a doodle once I hear back from the Belmont Forum folks.
For my own part, I have conflicts on both of those dates.
I’m a little concerned that we have moved from a regular slot on Friday’s to a less well attended, intermittent call on Monday’s that is also taking too much time to arrange. I would be grateful for the co-chairs views on this and whether there is any action to be taken.
    With very best wishes,
    Simon.

    Dear all,
All three would be available on 6 March and 20 March.
Shall I send a doodle for these dates or shall we simply pick one?
    Best wishes,
    Simon.

Send a doodle. I most likely cannot make March 6 any longer
