contacting Ruthie Musker at GODAN (cc’d) and/or Matthew Lange at UC
Davis (cc’d) who runs IC-FOODS (https://www.ic-foods.org/)—getting on
the email list via the GODAN website is…elusive…at best at this
point.
As far as publications go, a list of GODAN reports are available here:

You may be interested in the VEST portal:

Although, be aware that some (perhaps several) of the links to
resources are now out of date.
You may also be interested in the Global Agricultural Concept Schema
