    Dear Chairs of the Active Data Management Plans IG, the DMP Common Standards WG and the Discipline-specific Guidance for Data Management Plans WG,
    Your RDA 20th Plenary (P20) session application titled ‘Data Management Planning: where are we and where do we want to be?’ has been approved. Please consider this your official notification of acceptance.
    * Draft programme to be published on Friday, 16th December 2022
    * Any requests for changes must be made by Friday, 13th January 2023
    * The programme will be deemed final by Thursday, 19th January 2023
    * Event platforms to be used – Whova and Zoom (details will be provided)
    Please begin planning for your session!
    * Some individuals attending your session will be unfamiliar with your group’s work
    * Please keep your session page updated with:

    * Information about your session
    * opportunities to engage with you and others during the session.
    * Please remember your session is hybrid; if a co-chair is not able to attend in-person please identify someone who will coordinate.
