Na passada terça-feira, 02 de julho de 2019, João Miranda (ESTG/IPP, CERENA/IST) participou, em representação do RDA-PT, no evento “Ready for Data Management” organizado pelo “Biodata.PT”-Elixir, no Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciências, em Oeiras, para fazer uma breve apresentação da RDA e do nó RDA-pt, respeitantes visão e missão, bem como dos principais objetivos e atividades.
Além desta introdução no âmbito da workshop matutina “Hands on DMP”, também Mário Silva (INESC-ID/IST), membro da Comissão Coordenadora do RDA-PT e Coordenador do nó Elixir em Portugal, participou neste evento tendo presidido à sessão da tarde “Creating Value from Data Management”.
A introdução apresentada neste evento do “Biodata.PT”-Elixir motivou o interesse de diversos participantes, perspetivando-se múltiplas formas de colaboração entre os membros do Elixir e do nó RDA-PT.
 

 
Last Tuesday, 02-July-2019, João Miranda (ESTG/IPP, CERENA/IST) participated in the event “Ready for Data Management”, held at the Gulbenkian Institute of Sciences, Oeiras, and organized by “Biodata.PT”-Elixir, to give a introductory presentation of RDA and the RDA-pt node, associated vision and mission, as well as the main objectives and activities.
In addition to this introduction at the morning workshop “Hands on DMP”, Mário Silva (INESC-ID/IST), member of the RDA-pt Coordinating Committee and also Coordinator of the Elixir node in Portugal, participated in this event by chairing the afternoon topic “Creating Value from Data Management”.
The introductory presentation motivated the interest of the event participants, being considered multiple forms of collaboration between the Elixir members and the RDA-pt node.
