    Dear all,
As it’s already been a few weeks from the last Plenary in Barcelona, there
are several follow-up actions that were identified during our sessions which
need to be addressed (you can see all notes from within the session here:
    wL6o/edit#heading=h.5abc91bb97av>
    https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CdSiyYjfjs1MNsS5O9WKNNT_Hp7R_uqaLoDv
L6o/edit#heading=h.5abc91bb97av). Within the context of the Task Force on
the Use cases, of particular importance are the following two:
    1. Rank the captured requirements in order of importance/priority, and
    2. Continue gathering Use Cases, especially from underrepresented
    communities.
In order to address the first point, we have prepared a short 1-question
survey that we really need your feedback on, accessible through the
    following URL:
    https://goo.gl/forms/i9B7dbwWNPg4OYMQ2
Completing the survey won’t take you more than 5′ of your time, but ranking
and understanding the priorities for the Data Discovery requirements is an
essential next step for the Task Force. Additionally, we will appreciate
this if you could send out the survey to any other contacts in your network
that may be interested/relevant to it.
Finally, we will be having our next call for the RDA Data Discovery Topic E:
Use cases, prototyping tools and test collections on Tuesday May 30th. You
can find the connection details as well as links to the corresponding
    documents below.

    Dear all,
This is just a gentle reminder for our survey towards ranking the capture
    requirements for data discovery (https://goo.gl/forms/i9B7dbwWNPg4OYMQ2)
The survey comprises of just two questions and shouldn’t take more than a
few minutes of your time – however, the information from the survey will
quite valuable towards identifying the priorities in the community.
Thank you in advance for your time.

Apologies for missing the call this morning.
Is there anything I can do to help disseminate the Ranking Survey? I can disseminate it through NIH – and also ask that it be shared with researchers as people see fit. However, I thought to check with you, about your planned outreach strategy before going out and doing things that might not be exactly right.
