P23 Venue

The Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR) will open its doors to P23 participants between 12-14 November 2024. UCR is the oldest and largest institution of higher learning in Costa Rica, established in 1843.

23rd Plenary sessions will be scheduled in three buildings on the University’s campus. All buildings are a few minutes walk away from each other. Walking around the campus grounds will give participants the chance to see exotic birds and (if you’re lucky!) sloths hiding in the trees.

Three buildings within the University’s campus are confirmed to be used for the 23rd Plenary:

  • Plaza de La Autonomía (Autonomy Building)
  • Edificio Educación Continúa (Education and Training Building)
  • Edificio de Ingeniería (Faculty of Engineering Building)

The exact address of used Universidad de Costa Rica buildings is San Pedro, Montes de Oca, San José. See the map for details.
