    Dear Group members,
We would like to bring to your attention a BoF session that may be of interest to you:
    Wind energy community standards
    Wednesday 25 October 2023
    UTC 09:30 – 11:00 | AT 11:30 – 13:00
We would like to invite those of you registered for P21 to join this session and take the opportunity to contribute to the development of a prospective RDA Working Group. The idea of the group is to build up a group of FAIR data and knowledge engineering experts who can:

Support IEA Wind Task 43 in their mission to improve data sharing in wind energy, in particular in creating aligned ontologies for specific use cases, and providing guidance on using RDA recommendations.
Help wind energy domain experts define overlaps with other industries.
Benefit themselves from the interesting, relevant and interdisciplinary applications for their methods and tools provided by the wind energy domain experts. Test the adoption of their recommendations, take part in public webinars, gain visibility.
    Learn from each other.

The aims of this session are:

Decide what the group should do and where it should set its priorities.
Decide how the group will work (when to meet, how to interface with IEA Wind Task 43, etc.)
Discuss how we can attract participants to the group.

    Kind regards,
    Alex Delipalta
On behalf of the RDA TIGER team and session organisers
