Note that the RDA WG/IG Chairs meeting will be in Building 101, Lecture Room B, not D.
When you come through the main entry of 101, turn left down the corridor with the windows on your left. LR B is on the right, past the lobby area.
If anyone is in need of transportation let me know – I could do a shuttle run and provide some rides.

Will there be a shuttle run Thursday? If so, please add me to the list.
This is going to be a crazy week – ESIP moved their meeting so I’ll be
going back and forth between the 2 meetings. I
switch hotels tonight, come back here (White Flint station) tomorrow am and
then back to Shady Grove for RDA tomorrow
afternoon. I’m going to time it so that I can get the NIST shuttle from
Shady Grove to NIST. I’ll miss a small portion of
Thursday because I have to do a presentation at ESIP but after that it will
    be just RDA.

I have the same issue. I move to the hotel in Gaithersburg tomorrow
because I have to be at the ESIP business meeting, and will be at the
NIST shuttle with all my luggage. Need to come back to ESIP on Thursday
    morning for the CDF meeting.
Rebecca, maybe we should share a cab? Steve Diggs has a car and will
drive tomorrow after the morning session.

    Hi all,
I am so sorry for the meeting overlap and resulting mess! I had coordinated the dates with the ESIP team early on, but the best laid plans…
I am leaving Bethesda for Gaithersburg tomorrow (Wednesday) morning as well and am happy to share a cab or coordinate as needed.
    Many thanks (and apologies again!),

Yes… it was my idea to collocate with ESIP (I brought it up back in Sweden when we were talking about dates) and I coordinated with the ESIP team to make it happen. Arghhhhhh, that’ll teach me!

    Hi Jane,
I will be traveling from ESIP to the NIST on Thursday around 12:30 p.m. and
believe that there are others who will be making the same trip at that same
time as well. I was thinking of taking the Metro to Shady Grove, then
finding a ride to the NIST.

If we time it right, there’s a NIST shuttle from Shady Grove at 15 and 45

leaves Shady Grove Metro at 6:10 pm. The shuttle returns to the station
from NIST on the hour and half-hour from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The shuttle
