Dear Task Force members,
You may have seen the draft diagram showing the overall WG process on this
page:
https://www.rd-alliance.org/groups/working-group-process-task-force/wiki...
I will upload more detailed diagrams for the WG subprocesses identified in
that diagram over the next week or so.
To kick off the discussion about the processes, Mark and I would like to
suggest a first meeting of the process task force in late April / early
May.
I have set up a Doodle poll at http://doodle.com/3e56var6hi9aefc9.
Unfortunately, thanks to daylight saving starting and ending in various
parts of the world,
all of the suggested times are somewhat painful. Please let me know if you
cannot make any of those suggested days and times.
Thank you very much.
Best wishes,
Stefanie

Dear all,
Please find below the link to a doodle poll for the next meeting of the RDA
Process TF, which will hopefully take
place between this Friday and next Wednesday.
In the meeting, we would like to start discussing the Review Process for WG
Outcomes, as well as the general review process that we're currently plan
to apply to WG Case Statements, IG Charters, and Recommendations.

Dear Stefanie,
I filled the doodle. I have only one availability, sorry. I will be in a
hotel. Not completely sure that the network will be good enough.
I have a note on a TAB meeting on the 30th at 14:00 Paris time, doesn't
this conflicts with one of your proposals?
Cheers

Dear all,
Please find the draft process diagrams for the WG Recommendations Review
Process at
https://rd-alliance.org/group/working-group-process-task-force/wiki/work...
Two questions we will need to discuss are:
- What happens if the Recommendation needs to be revised, but the WG has
already finished?
- Should the OAB have a separate review process, or should the OAB comment
during the Community Review phase?
For the TF meeting on Wednesday the 2nd of July at 13:00 UTC, please join
the GoTo meeting below.

Dear all,
I am coming down with a cold (and the succession of late night and early morning video conferences this week have not helped). In case I fade before the meeting start at 23:00 tonight, I have made a series of comments attached to the web page listing the diagrams. I didn’t review Francoise’s comments first, so as not to be influenced by them. I haven’t done a post-comment cross-check and so can’t comment on whether we agree or not.
I f I don’t make it, best wishes for the meeting.

Dear all,
Thank you for your comments on the WG Outcomes process diagrams. I will
update the diagrams based on
what we discussed in the meeting on Wednesday, and on the comments from
Francoise and Andrew,
by the end of next week.
Here is the link to the Doodle poll for the next meeting of the RDA Process
TF, tentatively planned for sometime in the first two weeks of August:
http://doodle.com/kineq2uizgmm3igm
In this meeting, we would like to discuss how to communicate the processes
to the various stakeholders, in particular, IG and WG members and chairs.
I plan to provide draft RDA pages explaining the process prior to the
meeting for your comments and discussion in the meeting.
However, if you already have any comments or suggestions on how to
communicate the processes, please let me know.
If you could fill the Doodle poll in by the end of next week, that would be
great.
Thank you very much!
Best wishes,
Stefanie

Dear all,
Thank you all for filling in the Doodle poll. I would like to suggest

Dear all,
As discussed in our last meeting, here is the Doodle poll for the
potentially final meeting of the RDA Process Task Force:
http://doodle.com/4f5xyvcxdfrg9qip
Please let me know if none of these times are convenient for you.
The purpose of the meeting is for Mark and me to give a brief update on the
review processes, to discuss any feedback on processes received during the
plenary, and to decide on whether or not to disband the task force.
Best wishes,
Stefanie

If you could please enter your availability by the end of this week, I will
send out the meeting information

Thank you very much - and, again, my apologies.
