Dear all,
The working group has been reviewed and approved last week by the Technical Advisory Board (TAB), and we are now waiting for final endorsement by the RDA Council, which is just a matter of days. Meanwhile, we thought it would be good to have a last call before the end of the year, to touch base on where we are and start organizing activities for next year.
Proposed agenda for this call:
1. Housekeeping & communication: regular calls? What time? Shared documents,..
2. First WG document on landscaping: vision, personal commitment, and work plan

Please give us your availability by Tuesday 6th at the latest – sorry for the short notice!
Due to the time difference, there is no time slot that fits everybody. Meetings in the European morning, say 9am CET, are OK-ish for Europe, India (13.30) and AU (19:00) but impossible for the Americas (0:00, 3 am), while meetings in the European afternoon, say 5pm CET, are OK for the Americas (8am, 11am), inconvenient for India (21:30) and bad for AU (3am).
For this first meeting we propose those two slots and decide for the slot that maximizes presence in the call. For next call we can adopt a different approach – to be discussed!
