    Dear VRE IG members The draft case statement for the VRE IG has been posted on the RDA portal https://www.rd-alliance.org/group/virtual-research-environment-ig-vre-ig… and is also attached to this e-mail. This document will be discussed during the VRE IG session at the forthcoming 9th RDA Plenary in Barcelona with the intention of finalising the case statement in readiness for submission to the RDA Secretariat for the endorsement of this group. I invite you to review this document in advance of the VRE IG meeting and either provide comments (especially those who will not be in Barcelona) or be prepared to comment during the relevant agenda item.
