    Hi all,
    Apologies if you have already seen this: Elsevier (and no I don’t have a
    particular interest in Elsevier) has now got a product that does this. See:
    https://www.elsevier.com/solutions/data-monitor
    Obviously you will have to pay for this.
    The primary purpose seems to be to support institutions with their
    reporting.
