    Dear Juan and Christopher,
My name is Alexandra Kokkinaki and I work in the National Oceanography Centre in UK. I am the technical lead of the NERC Vocabulary Server and co-chair of the RDA VSSIG Interest group. I became aware that some local RDA groups e.g. France, are funding chairs of IG or WG to participate in the pleanaries.
I would be really grateful if our local RDA-UK group could fund my RDA registration fee?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
    Kind regards
    Dr Alexandra Kokkinaki

    Dear Alexandra,
I’m afraid that RDA UK doesn’t have any funding allocated to pay for registration fees. Since the project funding from RDA Europe 4.0 came to an end for the node the group continues to exist within the RDA but there is currently no funding. We hope that this might change in the future but even without direct funding we can ensure the UK community continues to engage through this group.
    Regards,
    Christopher
