Started out indexing funding records, went on to help create an electronic curriculum resource database for NYU Medical Center, designed bibliographic databases for EBSCO, helped create an autism ontology, a medical curriculum MeSH-tagging system and NLP-based automatic subject heading extraction tools for Harvard Medical School, then swerved into the intricacies of describing, discovering and sharing research data at UC San Diego. Currently the Lead Data Curator for Harvard Catalyst, and manage www.eagle-i.net a linked open data repository for researchers and scienctists.
