I am research director at INRA. I lead the Bibliome research group of the bioinformatics laboratory MaIAGE. We develop methods for the extraction and normalization of information from free texts with respect to ontologies in Life Science (bacteria biodiversity, food, animal and plant breeding, molecular biology). We are co-organizers of the BioNLP shared Task.
