Throughout her career Bonnie has been involved in all aspects of scientific publishing. Her prior positions include Executive Vice President, Database Publishing at Thomson Reuters (ISI), Senior Vice President and General Manager of ProQuest’s Library Division and most recently as Executive Director of the National Federation of Advanced Information Services (NFAIS). She currently serves as chair of the IUPAC Committee on Publications and Cheminformatics Data Standards, as a Councilor for the Division of Chemical Information of the American Chemical Society and as a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for Information Services and Use,. She is currently on the Board of the Philosopher’s Information Center, the producer of the Philosopher’s Index. Ms. Lawlor earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Chestnut Hill College (Philadelphia), an M.S. in chemistry from St. Joseph’s University (Philadelphia), and an MBA from the Wharton School, (University of Pennsylvania).
