CNRS researcher in medical imaging. After an initial training as a chemical engineer, I started to work on in vivo imaging on the themes of neurodegeneration and neuroinflammation, using using Positron Emission Tomography (PET) during my PhD (CEA, Orsay, France) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) during my post-doctorate (CREATIS, Lyon, France). Since my assignment at the Lyon Neuroscience Research Center in 2012, I have been studying by PET, MRI and more recently by X-ray imaging, the pathological aggregates of proteins involved in neurodegenerative diseases, as well as demyelinating damage to the white matter of the brain, using animal models of neurological diseases.
