David Paleček

I have obtained double doctoral degree from Charles University in Prague and Lund University in Sweeden, which focused on time-resolved optical spectroscopy studies on early photoinduced processes in photosynthesis. After that I applied the same techniques of multidimensional spectroscopy and fs-optical pump and probe techniques at Univeristies of Zurich (UZH) and Cambridge to study photocatalytic water-splitting and exciton transfer in organic semiconductors, respectively. At the moment I am developing optical tomography experiments and reconstruction capabilities for marine biology at CCMAR in Algarve, Portugal. I am passionate pythonista with interest in education and data science.
