Sos Khachikyan

I am the Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science and Statistics at the Armenian State University of Economics since 2018. From 2011 to 2018 I was the Director of the ASUE Yeghegnadzor Branch. I earned my PhD in 2002 and Associate Professor since 2009. From 2015 I am co-founder and Chairman of the Regional Research Institute of Social-Economic Policy NGO. Coordinating projects like "Improving Inter-Municipal Decision-Making in Consolidated Communities through Civic Innovations" (EU funding), "Improving Local Democracy in Consolidated Municipality through Dissemination of Digital Communication Values" (US Department of State Funding), "Regional Analysis and Decision-Making Optimization through Technology Based Strategy in Vayots Dzor Region" (ISTC-IBM Funding). Participated in the conferences/researches/study courses in the UMass Amherst (USA), Zwickau and Bremen Universities (Germany), Cambridge University (UK), High School Economics in Russia (Saint Petersburg) and etc.
