Nebras GHARBI, received my PhD degree in Artificial Intelligence from Lille University in 2015. Since then, I am working in the medical field. From collecting data through IoT devices to analyzing and managing them. I also been involved into Telemedecine initiavtives. I occuped several positions such as E-Health Project Manager for Rare Disease Cohorts to E-Health Consultant for AFD (French Development Agency) projects. Currently, I am Chief Data Officer in INSERM (French National Institute of Health and Medical Research).
