Christian Siatka, geneticist and toxicologist, is CEOl of the DNA school in Nîmes and chairs the Francophone Federation of Schools of DNA. Associate professor at the University of Nîmes, he 's in charge of lecture in molecular genetics, biotechnology, toxicology and quality management, in Bachelor and Master degree. He is Lieutenant-Colonel of the citizen reserve of the National Gendarmerie with the Judicial Pole of the National Gendarmerie for the services of the IRCGN, and is an expert with the European Commission in genetics, cell and molecular biology. Since 2014, his last areas of specialization in molecular genetics have been focused on genome editing strategies by CRISPR / Cas associated with all screening strategies by NGS, second and third generation PCR while considering regulatory and bioethical issues. Member of the research unit: CHROME of the University of Nîmes (EA7352) (Detection, Evaluation, Management of CHRONIC and EMERGING Risks) his research supervision activities are oriented towards the development of a biosensor for the detection of biomarkers ovarian cancer in the urine.
