Dr. Urša Opara Krašovec (female) has received her PhD in Chemistry in 1999 and is a research counsellor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana (UL FE). As a Marie Curie fellow she has performed her postdoc (2001 – 2002) at the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy System in Freiburg, Germany. Since then she is involved in the development of new materials for solar cells and smart windows and leads a group devoted to the development of materials at the UL FE. She was responsible for the research activities in many national and European level research projects and since 2003 is acting as an evaluator for the European Commission. She is a member of the national Commission for Women in Science, an autonomous body of the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport and representative of the Republic of Slovenia in ENRIO - European Network of Research Integrity Offices. She actively promotes the equal opportunities and research integrity in Science on national and international level. Her bibliography consists of more than 65 original scientific papers published in international journals that have been cited over 2300 times, h-index 31; Scopus: 16th July 2019.
