With a research background in the humanities, I became involved in developing infrastructure for research data at the University of Oxford in 2010. Since then I have managed a number of projects funded by HEFCE and the Jisc as part of their 'Managing Research Data' Programme. I am now involved in efforts to implement a pan-disciplinary infrastructure involving the IT Services, Research Services, the Bodleian Libraries and the academic divisions at the University.
