Ina Heine

Ina Heine obtained her doctoral degree in psychology from RWTH Aachen University, Germany, in 2016. She completed her bachelor and master studies in work and organizational psychology at Maastricht University, Netherlands, Flinders University, Australia, and University of Seville, Spain. She is currently working as research group leader (Organizational Development) at the Chair for Metrology and Quality Management of RWTH Aachen University, Germany.
