Dr Lino Khalau
Lino Khalau is MoRENet's High Performance Computing Manager and University Professor. He is an Individual Consultant in Information Systems and certified in Ethical Hacker. He holds a master's degree in Information Systems from Eduardo Mondlane University and a degree in Information Technologies and Systems in the specialty of Computer Networks from Universidade São Tomás de Moçambique. He was Network Administrator at the Ministry of Science and Technology (MCT) in the Department of Documentation and Digital Resource Center, where he was responsible for the administration of the internal network and for the implementation of the videoconference system of the Ministry. He was responsible for the implementation of the Infrastructure of IT Service Servers in the MoRENet Network, Implementation of the eduroam International Services and Federation of Academic Networks in Mozambique in collaboration with the National Network of Education and Research of Brazil (RNP). He was responsible for the creation of the MoRENet Coorportivo Site and the eduroam website and the MoRENet Identities federation; He coordinated the implementation of the Wi-Fi Networks Project on the University Campuses within the framework of MoRENet. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Internet Society.
