I am a specialised in Data and Knowledge Engineering as well as Knowledge Graphs. Currently in Blue Brain Project , I am mainly focused on building large scale knowledge graph for Neuroscience data in a Neuroinformatics software-as-a-service environment. Before I joined HBP, I was a postdoctoral researcher at LIG lab of Joseph Fourier University (Grenoble, France) where I led the development of an knowledge graph based adaptive learning framework. After an internship in INRIA EDELWEISS (now WIMMICS) team in France, I achieved a doctorate with Ecole des Mines d’Ales (France) where my work focused on ontology-based information retrieval in life sciences.
