Permanent researcher at the Institute of Biometeorology - National Research Council (IBIMET - CNR). From 2001 to 2006 National Delegate of EU COST Action 719 "GIS Application in meteorology and climatology". Scientific and technical coordinator of customized GIS developments, user-friendly GIS software and WebGIS applications for monitoring agricultural season to support the meteorological and national early warning services for food security in sub-Saharan countries. From 1995 to 2001 expert GIS of WMO- U.N. in Sahelian countries. She has developed a GIS based Land System Analysis et Circumstantial System Analysis for the determination of agricultural et pastoral risk zones of Sahel region in the framework of Famine Early Warning System. She is author or co-author of numerous publications, among which there are several papers on national et international refereed journals, and contributions to international conferences and workshops.
