RDA 20th Plenary Co-located Events
The Research Data Alliance will celebrate its 10th Anniversary Plenary Meeting on 21-23 March 2023 in Sweden, going back to where RDA was launched in March 2013. Following on from the success of the 19th Plenary meeting held in a hybrid format for the first time, P20 will take place in Sweden’s second-largest city – Gothenburg.
Hosted by Chalmers University of Technology, the University of Gothenburg and the Swedish National Data Service (SND), a three-day hybrid conference will once again bring together researchers, data scientists, policymakers, and data stewards from disciplines from all over the world to share new ideas and explore best practices in using data.
At previous RDA plenaries, numerous organizations have opted to hold their own meetings at or near our meeting venue, leveraging the size and enthusiasm of the international data community present at each of those locations.
Co-located events approved by the RDA Secretariat / Secretary General are now listed in the official RDA Plenary Meeting programme and are a part of the promotional campaign.
RDA P20 Co-located Events Branding Guidelines:
Please take note of the RDA P20 branding guidelines to be adopted for all official, approved co-located events.
Please note, the local organisers will offer co-located events planning assistance by providing a venue and helping with logistics. Although your organisation will be responsible for organising your event: registration, event platform, catering, etc. RDA Secretariat will be updating confirmed co-located event’s organisers during the planning stages and share all necessary contact details to make your planning as smooth as possible.
If you have additional questions about your co-located event, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
