We would like to avoid collecting any personal information, please note that the survey can only be completed in anonymous mode so you might need to logout from your RDA account in order to view it. 


This survey is intended to gather information and understand your experience as a member of the RDA COVID-19 working group. The outcome will hopefully help the RDA understand how rapid and successful collaboration under significant time pressure can be achieved. Thank you for your interest in the survey. You are being asked to participate as a member of the RDA COVID-19, and therefore your answers should reflect your own experiences and views.

We estimate the survey will take about 10-15 minutes, and contains some multi-choice questions and some free-form questions. Any question marked * is compulsory. Please avoid adding comments which could identify you as an individual.

Although we would really appreciate your participation, you do not have to participate. You will be able to withdraw at any time and for any reason. However, once you have submitted your answers, it will be difficult to identify and remove your answers.

Your answers will be stored securely on a research database in the United Kingdom, and pseudonymised extracts will be analysed by other RDA COVID-19 members. It is anticipated that these results will be published in a journal, though it will not be possible to identify you as an individual.
